From Wadget Eye Games, the same guys that made Emerald City Confidential, a classic point ‘n click style series that has a rookie girl detective allied with a ghost to solve cases.
First game is The Blackwell Legacy:


The second from the series is The Blackwell Unbound, for some reason no trailers found.
Finally, the last one released just a while ago, is called The Blackwell Convergence.
