Extremely hard and innovative holographic arcade TimeTraveler from Sega:

Yeah, it’s also old… from 1991!
I remember it was very expensive compared to “normal” arcades, and I only gave it one try… it was extremely hard. It was more like an interactive story where, if you didn’t react fast enough to the story, you ended up dead.
I guess it’s also the only attempt on holographic arcades out there… 😛
