Another meme…

Do not want

This meme, which is already spread all over the Internet, started with a pirated chinese DVD from
Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith.
The movie was translated to chinese, and then retranslated back to english subtitles… the result was
Star War: The Backstroke of the West. (sic sic sic sic³)

Ok, so what?
So that in the movie ending, when Darth Vader screams “Nooooo”, the genious subtitles translated as “Do not want”. 😛

And since this is one of the most “intelligible” translations from the whole movie, people decided to adopt it as a new meme.
One of the images that started it all was Brocolli dog:

Because let’s face it: it’s hilarious! But the meme spread to all levels, mixing with stuff like lolcats:

There are tons of other images just like these… Google Images for them.
The expressions is oftenly used to demonstrate rejection to something.

So, that’s it. There are variables to it too, but I’ll write about them in some other post, since this one is already too big.
