Designer Soomi Park is the author of this… art piece? Fashion thing? Alien technology from the 43rd Saturn moon?

According to the YouTube description for the video, the idea came from the obsession Asians women have about bigger eyes.
Not knowing that, I’d say it’s some sort of prop for a futuristic ero movie or something… :P
