It’s like touchscreen without the “touch”! :P
Still, looks hard to use for typing… and it’s another step away from giving a touch feedback with is the number one advantage of keyboards.
Could be nice for some functions though… like flipping through images and stuff.

Dunno how we can expect that to work in real life, but for car fans, I’m shure this would be awesome… having a car paint with Wolverine like healing factor. :P
Japanese cellphone giant NTT DoCoMo announced that they licensed the technology and will soon be applying it to their cellphones, which from my experience is a great idea since I’ve seen too many completely scratched cellphones out there, mine included. :P
