Yep, that’s right… and not only a musical, but also…
Phoenix Wright Musical
…a crossdressing one!
Here’s a quote from Kotaku:
“The Takarazuka Revue’s Cosmos troupe will bring its crossing-dressing musical sense to a stage version of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, complete with romance and intrigue.”
And so, I ask: If you could, would you watch this?
UPDATE: release date and teaser at the botton of this topic!
UPDATE2: trailer, and more info on the plot!
UPDATE3: watch the opening, ending and the first part of the first episode at the new Fullmetal Alchemist Shintetsu (Brotherhood) post!
Careful with this one, don’t get too excited yet… but it seems this time it’s true!
It seems the next issue of Newtype, a very famous and respected japanese magazine/ news source is announcing the second season of Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu (The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi) to be released in April this year!
Careful though… Haruhi fans have long been tired of fake stories and news about this second season, but still, we can all have a little hope, can’t we? YES WE CAN!
Update: NO WE CAN’T. Apparently, website J-Cast News contacted Kadokawa Shoten’s public relations to ask about the ad you watched above… the only thing they said is that the ad is for the original Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu rerun, rebroadcasting on some select japanese TV stations.
This was obviously made either by some jackass who knows lots of people are waiting for the second season, so decided to once again deceive fans, or it was made by someone very stupid.
Either way, there you go… seems there’s not many publications we can trust anymore.
Microsoft Japan made a partnership with Nico Nico Douga to work out a Messenger integration.
Seems that the plan is to make Nico Nico Douga videos playable in Messenger… which is just awesome!
Though I don’t know if this will ever reach us, non-japanese people. T_T
It’s like Guitar Hero, but with a real guitar that allows you to actually learn to play a REAL GUITAR!
Awesome huh? Very ingenious interface… simple, yet I would never have thought of that.
There’s already a real keyboard/piano game (I’ll write about it soon), now we have a real guitar one… and I guess a real drums one isn’t really hard to do (only people will have to buy at least a decent electronic drum kit, which isn’t very cheap).
Anyways, loved it. Am willing to buy if it doesn’t get too expensive here in Brazil (taxes and shipping).
Scientists at the University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA) have developed a way of using a simple cellphone camera to make a blood analysis.
Blood Analyzer Phone
The techniqe can replace large and expensive equipment to scan blood samples for diseases like malaria and HIV virus.
Pictured above, a Sony Ericsson W810i (great phone, I had it) modded with camera filters and with a software (the most important part of the project) that makes the blood analysis.
