XSpBlog is about stuff, new or old, that is somehow related to the otaku or geek world.
After running some experiments at blogging and running discussion forums, I decided to take things more seriously with XSpBlog, with the purpose of making it more like a news oriented blog rather than a personal one.
Some of the main themes are: Cosplay, Animes, Mangas, Figures, Games, Music, Photography, Technology and Funny animals of all sorts!
XSpBlog was created in April 2008, with daily posts hosted at WordPress.com.
Around January to February 2009, after a slow upgrading process, it was decided that the blog needed at least five or six daily posts to present more info for the readers.
Finally, after several months of planning, in July 2009 XSpBlog migrated to it’s own host with new interface, theme and resources.
It’s still in a constant upgrade process, though kinda slow (due to my busy schedule at the University).

Renato ‘XSportSeeker’ Murakami – author, administrator, founder and everything else for now.
Yes, I’m currently running the blog by myself, though my idea is to open it for other writters.
Graduated at Computer Science at UNIOESTE – West Parana State University (Brazil), tried a couple of years in a post graduate Game Development course (didn’t finish it) and am currently back at graduation in a Journalism course at Positivo University – 29yr old freshman. 
I’m of course very fortunate to be able to sustain this routine, as most people my age would have been obliged to stop studying to work.
Took me too long to realize that though I love computers very much, it’s really not what I want to work for the rest of my life.
But it was during the Computer Science course that I found my true passion, which is studying, writting and learning new things everyday.
An undying curiosity, necessity of learning new things, lack of prejudice against new stuff and the pleasure of telling and writting about it lead to my present life and to work everyday without earning anything from it on this blog.
But that’s enough about me.
I hope you enjoy the blog, and if you do so, I’d be really glad to hear the feedback, good or bad!

I mean, on a XSpBlog Twitter account.
As for a personal one, I have to find some time to mess around with Twitter but soon, very soon.
I've been planning for some time to update the about page and add some way to keep more contact with readers too.
