A new interactive display concept by Ivan Poupyrev, Lumen is capable of detecting and producing tactile feedbacks – better seen than explained:
As is, the concept would be interesting for a few things only (including a display for the blind, which is awesome by itself)… but if the idea evolves, think of all the possibilities!
