Infinite Ammo

Almost everyday I try to post something about Independent Gaming – usually a game (duh) from either blog IndieGames.com or TIGSource.
I follow these guys because indie game developers are usually small teams (quite oftenly only one or a couple of guys working at home on their free time), and despite not having tons of money to spend on crew, new technologies, Hollywood-grade effects and stuff, they have the same spirit of game developers of the past – doing it because they like and want people to have fun rather than for money.

But I never really got to know any Indie Developer… this video presents Alec Holowka from Infinite Ammo, which made some famous indie games like Paper Moon, the prized Aquaria and is now developing Marian among others.
Interesting to hear his profile and personal background, but even more on what he says about how Indie Developers manage to put their games out by forming a collaboration network.
Also, congratulations to James Swirsky and Lisanne Pajot of Blink Works media for composing such an awesome video. It’s rare to see videos about game developers which seem to truly grasp the spirit of it all. :D
