Photoelastic Touch
Hideki Koike and team at the University of Electro-Communications in Tokyo, Japan, working with Kentaro Fukuchi at the Japan Science and Technology Agency produced this new interaction type with computers using transparent rubber and a tabletop projection panel:
It’s kinda like a touchscreen panel, only you’re able to use these flexible rubber shapes for a better interaction.
