I was never a fan of Bubble Bobble despite hearding lots about it, but I never knew the music was so catchy…

To the point of being used on korean ramen commercials sang by famous idol group Girls’ Generation.


AND Kotaku, the source of this info is saying Taito was contacted and the music was actually licensed for the commercial!

To tell the truth, I didn’t find it that much catchy… but for those who played the game a lot, the song probably stuck on their heads forever.. like for the guy who made this video here (NSFW – pointed by another Kotaku commenter):

And this is why game music never dies… because it’s like a parasite on our heads just waiting to be fed once again.
