Video painting is graffiti in a new, clean and enhanced style created by duo SweatShoppe:

It’s basically composed of a green LED “brush” which a computer with a camera recognizes and then reveals a video using a projector.
Very interesting idea!
Kinda reminds me of Mapping Projections.
