Which is basically an installation of a myriad of sound speakers of all shapes and forms on the icelandic village of Seydisfjordur, March 2009.
I heard or read somewhere that public speaker systems on villages that has lots of snow and has very harsh winters are no uncommon, since they need the systems for weather bulletins and stuff, and it’s also good needed distraction.. so it’s all good.
