Quentin Tarantino’s Inglorious Basterds is achieving something I saw very few times in my cinephile days.

All critics I read so far, even the most pickier ones, have only good things to say about it.

I intend to watch it soon, ’till then I can only give an idea of what I think it is.
The first few seconds of this trailer says it all:

It’s a story of vengeance, true to Tarantino’s style, with tons of blood mixed with humor.
Only it’s with a WWII setting, which will likely be very different from the usual war movie…
