What’s this owl doing in a box, you ask?

The story goes like this…

Reynen tells on her livejournal entry (source and pics from there) that they found this owl stumblind around near a freeway, looking as if it was just hit by a car or something.

In a very daring move (owls tend to be very agressive, and this one was a typical example) she took the owl fearing for it’s safety.

This is when the pics where taken. Later on, after they got a box to make the transportation easier, the owl was safely dropped at a state park where “an animal rescue organization sent a team to come pick him up”.

Owls have impressive eyes, don’t you think? Also, the pics are just asking for some captions, like the O RLY owls!
