The power generating backpack might be useful for you then… but I guess it was mainly designed for soldiers.
It’s a backpack that has a fixed part for your back, and a secondary part (which is the bag).
The diference of movement between both is used to generate power, so you can recharge your stuff… and this is also good to minimize the impact transfer from the bag to your joints.
