Imagine if Pokemons were to suddenly transform into cute chibi anime girls. That’s what you’ll get from Moemon!

Like said, Moemon is a mix of the word moe with Pokemon.
It is a form of moe anthropomorphism, in which random things – like computers, operational systems (OS-tan), game consoles, animals, military hardware and others – receives a cute anime girl counterpart.

If I’m not mistaken, Moemon started with fanart, and then received a full mod for the original games which replaced all pokemons for their moe-fied counterparts.

As I never seriously played Pokemon, and don’t know much about the whole trend, I’m posting some videos that looks relevant for those who wants to research more about it.

It seems there are mods or patches available to turn Pokemon games into Moemon!

I know there are far more than the few I have collected, as it seems some of the most famous Pokemons are left out, but bare with me… if I happen to find a bigger gallery, I promise to update it!
