Gotta love these crazy humongous architecture proposals.

NOAH (as in Noah’s Ark… duh), also acronim to New Orleans Arcology Habitat is a huge building that’s not only floats (avoinding floods) but is also hurricane proof, makes use of green energy and can hold up to 20,000 residences, 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space, school, hospital and, 3 casinos.
