Forget the complex japanese name, this is basically a mix of Castlevania and Touhou:

At first, I didn’t recognize Reimu there, but then came the Marisa special attack, and all the shard like attacks…

You can get the demo on Frontier Aja’s official Komajou Densetsu – Scarlet Symphony page (any of the three first links), but it might not work on your PC… it was developed for Japanese Windows OSs, so you need the language packs.
