Made by developer GUMP, the Terminal House series are browser games all from the “room escape” types.

Terminal House
The games looks pretty similar in style and difficulty as the original room escape games… remember Toshimitsu Takagi and Crimsom Room?

Wanna drive in a road,or a boat in the water?
According to Peter Wheeler, you can do both:

Scarmander RRV must feel a little awkward to drive.. the rear wheels are the ones maneuverable which also has paddles.
But guess it’s the price you pay for having a car that can also work as a boat.

You can run, you can hide, but you can’t escape new Super Mario Bros posts! MWA HA HA HA!
Tons of Mario posts on this blog, but don’t mind if I do add a new one, this time a theremin controlled Super Mario!

You know Super Mario will just enter history by being the test platform of all crazy game controlling gimmicks, game mixes and mods, and game music played with several different instruments…

Incrível! Muito muito incrível! Eu até fiquei um pouco emocionado assistindo… ;_;

You learn something new/incredible everyday…
Studio Gainax, one of the most sucessful and renowed japanese animation studios (Neon Genesis Evangelion, KareKano, FLCL, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Mahoromatic, Nadia – The Secret of Blue Water), had their start with a couple of videos known as Daicon III and Daicon IV:

They were made as promo for the 22nd DAICON Nihon SF Taikai, an anime and sci-fi event back in 1983. Five years later, in 1988, a Laserdisc version was released and sold for about $200 bucks. But today, if you can find a copy, you’d certainly get at least some $1500 for it.
Actually, because of Copyright infringements Gainax was not allowed to sell it (namely the Playboy bunny girl costume, and the famous music from Electric Light Orchestra), so they bundled it as a bonus with a production artbook.
For those who watched Densha Otoko, now you know where the opening, Minna, and the music from the opening came from. For those who didn’t, DO IT NOW!
The video I posted there is an HD remastered version of the Laserdisc one.
Awesome! Very very awesome! I actually got a little teary eyed… ;_;

As I see, the one major problem with keyboards and portability is the fact that you need a table for the keyboard.
This makes it hard to type while lying down on your bed, riding a bus, or any situation in which you’re not sitting down with a keyboard in a table right in front of you (maybe you can, but it won’t be confortable, and will eventually lead to problems – back, wrists, arm muscles, whatever).

Grippity tries to solve that.
Pretty interesting idea…
UPDATE: Broken video replaced by the official ad.

From blog AkihabaraNews, a series of tokyo video tours that I’m a fan of!
This time starting at Shibuya Station, a place I visited and loved in Tokyo!
Famous statue of dog Hachiko, that has an incredible story.
And several other interesting stuff that would take me too long to quote and explain, so just watch:

Along with DannyChoo’s Photo Walks, the objective is to show some sights of Japan that we usually don’t get.
And I bet some of these sights will show better why some people like Danny and Daimaou got “enchanted” by Japan, ultimately deciding to move there… and also the reason why I’d also like to move to Japan someday.
Huge help from Daimaou and Danny’s great skills for capturing the essence and beauty of those places (in details), of course. xD

Get Radiohead stuff, if you feel like doing so!
You know those songs that for some reason are part of your life and will follow you forever?
The ones you always get back to on happy and sad days, like an old friend?
Well, this is one of those for me, and part of a series of posts I’m calling my permanent playlist.
