Well, this one is actually fan made.
See, Team Fortress 2 taunts and voices are really fun… like in the As Seen on TV mixes!
So, YouTube user TF2Dubs mixed some fail/crash/accident videos with TF 2 sounds… and here’s the result:

Nice! xD

The interesting Tatsunoko vs. Capcom fighting game that introduces a new (at least to the eastern market) set of heroes, some of them already known to us, some of them not much…

Even though it’s been some time since last I posted about ImprovEverywhere, they are still out there doing some very nice social events.
So, here’s another mp3 experiment (number six) by them:

Very nice!
I know it may look kinda weird or even dull to some, but it’s something different and far more productive than other past times nowadays… I wish we had something like that to do sometimes here in Brazil too.
Maybe someday I’ll be in a position to propose stuff like that too… working for some mass media or something.
If nothing else, a social event like those mp3 experiments promotes friendly interaction among strangers, and something that really makes me admire the effort: no racial, gender or age discrimination, even if only for some minutes.

The new Doom game for the iPhone looks like.. well, a very dumbed down Doom 3 port:

But I say it’s worth mentioning because iD, at least ’till some time ago, really made some effort to make their ports fun to play.
I have to admit the only cellphone game I really played ’till the end was Doom RPG. Despite being simple, it was very nice to play.
So here’s hope to Doom Ressurection!

I’m not a Rock Band fanboy (neither a Guitar Hero one for that matter), but what the Rock Band guys did here goes way beyond the game: It’s truly an amazing tribute to The Beatles:

Stunning!

With all the YouTube cute animal videos showing up on “random” blogs
out there, one has to imagine what they think about the whole ordeal… well here’s what some of them think of all that image exploiting:

You damn human you! I demandz my image usage paycheck on tuna!

From blog AkihabaraNews, a series of tokyo video tours that I’m a fan of!
This time the Hamamatsucho river.
A river in the middle of Tokyo? Oh yeah babe! But as you can imagine, it’s no ordinary river. For once, it doesn’t see the light of day! Also: Creepy ending…

Along with DannyChoo’s Photo Walks, the objective is to show some sights of Japan that we usually don’t get.
And I bet some of these sights will show better why some people like Danny and Daimaou got “enchanted” by Japan, ultimately deciding to move there… and also the reason why I’d also like to move to Japan someday.
Huge help from Daimaou and Danny’s great skills for capturing the essence and beauty of those places (in details), of course. xD

Stringlink, a game by Sasakoge is actually a spiced up version of the classic Snake game.

Apart from the traditional twists and turns you have to make on your never stopping snake, there are also stuff like:
- Limited number of turns that can be increased if you change the color of your snake;
- You can change the color of your snake by making a turn while on a colored block;
- Along the playing area you’ll find several colored “walls” which you can break, provided they are not the same color as your snake.
With those in mind, get the freeware Stringlink on the official download website or at the Stringlink mirror page.

I actually read about this new anime sometime ago… half an year or more.
So I don’t really know how’s the current status of the project, but I guess it’s still in the make being an experimental indie anime and all, as defined by the official Barnum Studio blog itself (according to source AnimeNewsNetwork).

Hoshi ni Negai o
Anyways, Hoshi ni Negai o (Wish Upon a Star) caught my attention because of it’s interesting character designs, because Barnum Studio was created by former Galaxy Angel producer Tetsuro Satomi, and because the cast announced is looking awesome!
By the few released images, seems the story happens in a dystopic future… the type of story that makes me automatically interested.

Get Radiohead stuff, if you feel like doing so!
You know those songs that for some reason are part of your life and will follow you forever?
The ones you always get back to on happy and sad days, like an old friend?
Well, this is one of those for me, and part of a series of posts I’m calling my permanent playlist.
