Did I ever say how I like independent games because of the different, sometimes weird, sometimes amusing stuff you get to find?
Din is a short experimental game in which the player is called Bill, a guy that is just taking a stroll at the park quietly.
That until friends and family members comes around to talk to Bill, telling problems and asking for favors, which in the game translates to pressing some keyboard key.
Problem is, they all talk at once… so it’s up to the player to understand everyone.
Developed by Ted Diefenbach, Mansa Gory and Brian Lee (Team Bill), it’s a free game you’ll have to download to try it out.

Fire Evacuation Simulator
Researchers at Durham University used Source engine to make this Fire Drill or Fire Evacuation Simulator.
The advantage of regular school fire drills, the game can emulate situations where fire has already spread over some parts of the building, forcing the “player” to find other ways to exit the building.

Estou feliz de estar morando em uma cidade que, enquanto não é tão grande ou tão famosa como outras tipo São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro, ainda é um lugar que dá pra encontrar a maioria das coisas que você procura, e também tem um ótimo clima na minha opinião (mais frio que o normal), e várias áreas verdes, parques e jardins para visitar… estou falando de Curitiba.
Vez ou outra tenho chance de ir a alguns dos pontos turísticos… desta vez fui até o Jardim Botânico de Curitiba.
