Exchanged Shana’s melonpan for a sfiha!

This particular sfiha is sold only on some japanese food stores from a municipal market here were I live, and has a different taste from the usual sfiha too.
Comes in 9 and 12 pack.

Dunno what’s that?
Sort of bread-like dough with molded meat as filling. Originally, I think lamb’s meat is used though in Brazil it mainly has cow meat instead. Arab cuisine.
Some fast food chains like Habibs also has lots of other options, ranging from chicken and peperoni to strawberries and chocolate (the sweet version).

There’s also a version where it’s shapped like a pizza, which is also very yummy.

They are tasty, but not very healthy, and the flavor is usually strong (next day you’ll still be burping it)
Have you ever eaten sfihas? Any local food chains that sells those?
