Silent Library is a Batsu Game (punishment game) where each round a participant is randomly chosen (using cards) to be punished (usually a bizarre punishment).
It is supposedly forbidden to laugh (they are inside a library)… but in this episode it was kinda hard not to.

No laughing in class!
From the same group, but this one happens in a classroom (english class)… and this time, those who laughs gets punishment.
